This role calls for 100% mandatory physical attendance at our central corporate headquarters located in Lisbon. Please note that work-from-home options, telecommuting setups, and flexible hybrid schedules are completely off the table without exception. Every successful candidate must be fully committed and prepared to carry out all daily work duties directly on-premises at our Lisbon center.

Primary Daily Accountabilities

As an Italian Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the essential, frontline voice of our corporate brand, guaranteeing that our Italian-speaking customer base receives an extraordinary level of care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:




- Omnichannel Customer Engagement: Responding to user inquiries in an efficient, empathetic, and professional manner across multiple communication channels—including real-time web chats, incoming phone calls, and written email threads.
- Systematic Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Methodically identifying technical anomalies, account irregularities, and service issues, walking users through clear, step-by-step solutions to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Database Maintenance & CRM Management: Maintaining pristine, detailed, and up-to-date documentation regarding customer communications, feedback, and active resolution tickets inside our central CRM system.
- Continuous Product & Guideline Mastery: Actively staying informed about product updates, software developments, internal operational procedures, and support tools to deliver accurate, high-quality assistance.
