ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Field quality investigator to join our Leapmotor International.
You care about products, innovation, sustainability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, then join us. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive technology and make a direct impact on product quality.
As a Field Quality Investigator, often known as our "Quality Flying Doctor", you will be the primary detective for our most challenging field quality issues. You will be on the front lines, traveling to the source of problems to conduct deep-dive technical analyses.
Your work will be crucial in bridging the gap between customer-reported issues and engineering solutions, directly impacting product quality, customer satisfaction, and warranty costs.
You don't just report problems; you own the initial investigation and provide the critical data needed to drive resolution.
