The Sales Manager is the main responsible for the excellent implementation of the brand’s sales strategies and aims to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and promoting products. This role accomplishes business development activities by implementing sales plans.Tasks & responsibilitiesSupport of the forecasting process by providing analysis of the development of the orders according to the growth on the marketAnalysis of the structure of the collection and identification of needs for the Italian marketImplementation of the brand’s strategy in the assigned marketMeeting of sales financial objectives by forecasting requirementsDevelopment of the sales strategic plans and programs designed for growth and profitability in the assigned marketsMaintainance of direct relationships with key accounts and dealersCoordination of the implementation of all trade concepts & levelsCoordination of the realization of POS-POP materialPromotion of the assigned brands organising events and product exhibitionsSupport and development of first class sales force and service level in the regionOpening of new business opportunities evaluating market trends and competitor activitiesProfile5+ years of experience in a sales position, preferably within a distribution company is requiredProactive, self-starter individual with natural leadership and communication skillsOperational, hands on mentality, the ideal candidate is distinguished by a high level of energy and a “can do” attitudeIn depth knowledge and understanding of the sales and marketing processesStrong customer focus and knowledge of consumer branding, communication and promotional techniquesGood numeric and negotiation skills Strong commercial knowledgeExcellent Italian & English skillsWillingness to travel on a regular basisWorkplace: Bolzano, ITAnnual Gross Base Salary Range: 50.000 - 60.000 + additional target premio of 5-10% of base salaryCompensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related responsibilities.
