The KA Trade Marketing Specialist will support the definition and execution of trade marketing plans for selected Key Accounts, with the objective of enhancing brand visibility, driving in-store activation excellence and maximizing the impact of customer‑specific initiatives in line with company priorities and brand strategy.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Define and develop customized plans and tailor‑made activities for customers
- Analytical and qualitative monitoring of in‑store activities to maximize sell‑out impact and ROI
- Collaboration with the international team for updates share of the best practices,
objectives, results, etc.
- Management of trade marketing budget for the assigned clients
- Develop Trade marketing activities in line with the brand strategy and involving external agencies
- Close cooperation with Regulatory and Legal team for the adherence of the internal approval processes and for the L&C; assessment of Marketing projects
- Constant analysis of sell‑out data and preparation of ad hoc analysis
- Data performance management regarding contract rewards and its administration
- New products’ launch process support when needed
- Collaboration and support of the sales team (sales materials creation, sales meetings participation, etc.)
- Collaboration in the organization of special events for clients (admin and logistics)
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, trade or sales, preferably gained in FMCG companies
- University degree (in Marketi
