SUMMARY OF ROLE

The role of a quality engineer is to make sure that products and processes meet established quality standards, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing quality standards.
- Developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvement s.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skil ls.
