Job Details

Contract: Tempo pieno, direct hiring, permanent - CCNL COMMERCI

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

Responsibilities
- Plan technical activities to ensure efficient organization of interventions at clients and within the company.
- Coordinate interventions, prioritizing tasks, managing technical competencies and resource availability in close collaboration with other teams.
- Plan and coordinate technical interventions on the territory or on site.
- Manage and update the activity calendar, optimizing resource allocation.
- Assign tasks based on skills, availability and urgency.
- Monitor the progress of work and manage any issues.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial and customer service teams.
- Keep documentation of interventions up to date.

Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.




- Attention to detail and precision.
- Good knowledge of Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work in team and manage complex situations.
- Professional traits and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in planning or coordination roles.
- Knowledge of management tools (ERP, CRM, planning software).
- Familiarity with technical/industrial contexts (maintenance, installation).
