EFI is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Business Unit in Comun Recente (BG), Italy. Main Duties And Responsibilities * Provide end-to-end technical support locally and abroad * On-site technical support * Technical phone support * Tradeshow support, including printer setup and calibration, demonstration,



and teardown * End-user training * Feedback to our R&D; team Job Requirements * Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital and electronic technology for industrial printers * Two or more years of experience in field engineering positions on digital machines and electronic devices * Availability for extensive travel at short notice * Knowledge of inkjet printing technology in water-based ink * Knowledge of RIP software and color management * Knowledge of color theory and materials/ chemicals * Knowledge of textile digital machine processes * Good communication skills and customer-focused * Fluent in Italian and English * Self-motivating personality that can independently manage a large service territory (includes effective management of EFI assets i.e., parts, tools, company information) * Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Windows, and Linux operating systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
