With a strong sales mindset, use of clienteling tools, and passion for people, you will represent ALOHAS values and play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving performance.

Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Understand store KPIs and take ownership of your impact on performance.

Support operational tasks that ensure smooth daily store operations.
