In this role you partner with business leaders to shape people strategies that boost organizational effectiveness and long-term success. You'll align talent initiatives with business priorities, focusing on workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. You'll work cross-functionally with HR and business teams to design solutions for diverse stakeholders. This position sits at the core of an ambitious HR Business Partner team driving impact in a tech/services environment. Light Friday — no work on Friday afternoons

7-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within a tech or services company
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
