Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
4 years of experience working in the consumer packaged goods industry or product area.
2 years of experience working in a cross‐functional organization.
Experience in media sales or brand management.
Experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic, high‐impact partner, developing partnerships with stakeholders from C‐suite to product, sales, and marketing teams, and with media and creative agencies.
Sell Google Ads solutions to serve customer needs; take responsibility for bookings, upselling, and management of clients; report sales figures and take owner
