It's an ideal step for a commercial leader looking to make a visible impact while accelerating their international career.The Country Lead is responsible for building long term partnerships with Greek clients and agencies, and to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, creating a native experience for our users and developing deep connections with our brands.The Country Lead will manage a team consisting of Brand Partnership Managers, Client Solutions Managers and Agency Partnership Managers.

Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
Lead and grow local and global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
Help deepen penetration in the market
Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
Drive growth for the advertising business in the country
Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales and growth strategy
Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
10+ years of experience in sales and digital media within media/tech companies
