About you and this role At Dow Polyurethanes & Construction Chemicals (PU), collaboration and partnership are at the heart of innovation. Our technologies help make buildings more energy efficient, support the transition to electric mobility, improve consumer comfort, and enable more sustainable products and infrastructure around the world. We are now looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager who combines strong business development acumen with an exceptional ability to convert market and value chain opportunities into tangible business results. In this role,



your top three priorities will be to lead the implementation of market participation plans, drive the co-ownership and acceleration of the innovation pipeline, and manage the launch and commercialization of new technologies. You will ensure these priorities are translated into action and delivered through strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and influential stakeholder management across the region. You will work at the intersection of customers, markets, technology, sales, and business leadership to ensure growth initiatives are effectively prioritized, implemented, and realized.
