What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including email and ticketing systems, ensuring accurate categorization of issues for efficient resolution.
- Implement established workflows and adhere to standard operating procedures to effectively address user concerns.
- Provide assistance across multiple platforms, including social media, direct messaging, and both inbound and outbound phone calls.




- Collaborate closely with your team lead and the quality assurance department to manage escalated cases and uphold high service standards.
- Participate in a comprehensive 17-day onboarding training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning through mentorship with a designated buddy, ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain accurate records and facilitate future reference.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and feedback to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
