Four Seasons Venice is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of People & Culture to lead the hotel’s people strategy from recruitment through engagement, development and retention. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will partner with hotel leaders to build a high-performing team and an exceptional employee experience in a luxury setting.
You will drive learning initiatives, coaching, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with Italian labour law.
