About the role Cagents is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Milano. You will play a critical role in managing production documentation and facilitating the transition to digital systems within a high-stakes pharmaceutical environment.

What you'll do
- Draft, review, and maintain Master Batch Records.
- Assist with the migration from paper-based systems to Electronic Batch Records.
- Oversee the issuance and tracking of Change Controls while collaborating with production, engineering, and validation departments.
- Ensure all documentation remains in full compliance with GMP standards.

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience within a GMP pharmaceutical setting.




- Proven background in production documentation management or Change Control processes.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Practical notes
The annual gross salary for this position is between 34,000 and 45,000 Euro, depending on your specific technical skills and professional background.
