What you’ll do
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that establish market leadership, including creating margin frameworks and operational processes to support a scalable reseller channel.
- Assume responsibility for revenue objectives associated with designated partners, transforming them into effective lead generation sources.




- Facilitate productive account mapping sessions between Appian's sales and partner teams to collaboratively pinpoint opportunities within major enterprise accounts.
- Craft and execute comprehensive business plans tailored for assigned partnerships.
- Plan and implement demand generation initiatives specifically for partnerships operating in Italy.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of partner-driven deals, providing consistent updates to Appian's sales and alliance leadership teams.
- Collaborate closely with the partner experience and enablement team to ensure that regional delivery partners are knowledgeable and certified in the latest Appian solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between Appian's headquarters and the Italian partner network, customizing global strategies to meet regional requirements.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Alliances, Channel Sales, or Business Development within the enterprise software industry in Italy, with a prefer
