Head of HR
The incumbent will lead the People & Culture department during a pivotal phase of business transformation. Sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, he/she will act as a key partner to the Country CEO. In this role, the Head of HR will lead a team of 4 HR professionals and drive a comprehensive HR agenda across an extensive retail store network in Italy.
He/she will be instrumental in leading organizational change management, building a high-performing retail culture, and aligning human capital strategies with our broader commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Country CEO and Leadership Team to define and execute the people strategy that supports company growth and organizational evolution.
- Lead and champion change management initiatives, guiding leadership, corporate staff, and retail teams through business transitions and organizational restructurings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Oversee all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition,
Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Industrial/Labor Relations.
- Direct and mentor an HR team of 4 professionals, fostering their growth, productivity, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws, retail national collective agreements (CCNL), and company policies across all retail and corporate operations.
- Develop and implement HR programs tailored to the unique dynamics of a multi-site retail environment.
- Conduct regular site visits to retail locations across Italy to maintain strong connection with field teams, gauge store climate, and support local store managers.
- Foster a strong, inclusive corporate culture that connects head office operations with store-level staff.

- 10+ years in progressive HR leadership roles, with demonstrable experience operating as a Head of HR, Senior HR Manager, or H
