What you'll do
- Take charge of the complete profit and loss management for the small and medium city segment, establishing a clear prioritization strategy to drive growth.
- Lead a diverse team of more than 10 individuals to meet and exceed performance objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement long‑term strategies tailored for these cities, effectively coordinating resources across Italy and collaborating with regional divisions.




- Cultivate and sustain high‑quality partnerships with local retail stores and merchants on the platform, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Engage actively in team development initiatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture that encourages innovation and growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and alignment with corporate objectives.
