This role sits within our Italian Commercial team in Milan, reporting directly to the Deputy MD, Italy . Following our continued commercial expansion, this team is responsible for driving our advertiser-first strategy across three of the market's most dynamic and prestigious verticals: Luxury, Beauty, and Fashion .
In this role, you will lead high-impact commercial relationships and serve as a strategic anchor for Teads in Italy .
You will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners across Demand Ops, Studio, Product, and Client Service to solve complex brand challenges and elevate Teads' position as an essential strategic partner to leading advertisers and media agencies across the region .
About the Role
Core Mission: Act as the strategic partner and commercial leader to drive revenue growth and secure Teads' inclusion in core media plans across premier Luxury, Beauty, and Fashion accounts in Italy .
Team Alignment: Work closely with mid-to-senior leaders across local and multi-market Demand Ops, Studio, and Product teams to translate client marketing objectives into operational realities and high-performing campaigns .
Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for managing senior client and media agency relationships, commercial activations, and strategic revenue targets across Italy .
