Mission
Join us as Team Lead AML Italy and play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our growing AML team in Milan. You'll l ead a team of 10 specialists, supported by our BPO partners, balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Alessandro , our new Head of AML, you'll help shape the team's next chapter by strengthening performance, developing your team, and building on the positive momentum already underway.
What you'll do
- Own the daily run: oversee task assignment and alert monitoring every morning.
- Drive control quality: analyze control results, get to the root of KO reasons, and assign remediation across first and second line topics.
- Sharpen our transaction monitoring: review scenarios, assess what's working, and propose improvements.
