Our client, a full-service law firm, is looking for a Trusts & Estates Associate.

Billable hours: 1850 and 300 investment time hours

Schedule: Hybrid 3/2

Duties
- Estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, and trust and estate litigation.
- Research and learn complex rules of gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax.

Qualifications
- 3-5ish years of experience in a law firm
- Experience or desire to learn irrevocable trusts, SLAT trusts, and asset protection.
- Experience dealing with inbound foreign investment in the U.S. by non-resident aliens or dealing with outbound planning in foreign countries by U.S. citizens is a plus
- Tax experience, or experience dealing with the IRS
