Job DescriptionWith the aim of strengthening the coordination activities of the medical representatives’ network, we are recruiting anArea Manager Joint Carewho will ensure the achievement of sales goals for Joint Care in the areas of Lazio, Marche, Umbria,
Abruzzo by managing a team of medical representatives.Main responsibilities:* Drive sales growth and market share within the district by effectively managing the medical representative team.* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the district’s market presence.* Oversee district budgets, control promotional expenses, and ensure optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.* Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support and guide the sales team.* Track daily KPIs via CRM and ensure consistent performance and target achievement across the team.* Provide regular feedback and assess development needs for each team member.* Provide regular updates on sales results, market dynamics, competitor activities, and team performance to senior management.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, HCPs, and other critical district stakeholders.* Ensure all district operations align with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sta
