We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to join our team in Agrate Brianza (Milan area) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from onboarding and order management through to issue resolution and daily operational support. You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams and play a vital role in maintaining asset visibility, inventory accuracy, and service excellence.

Your mission
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.




- Set up and maintain customer data accurately within our systems.
- Monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate inventory checks, including communication, analysis, and follow-up activities.
- Manage quality-related issues and liaise with internal quality teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Partner closely with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience.

What makes you a strong fit
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Logistics Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applic
