Shakers is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer (Firmware/Embedded) for a freelance, on-site role in Florence. You will define test strategies, design automated tests for firmware and low-level embedded software, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for rapid releases.
Requirements include 5+ years in hardware-software testing, 3+ years with Java or C++, and Linux scripting proficiency. Familiarity with EMV/PCI DSS and API testing is a plus. On-site in Florence with potential travel.
