We've closed one of the largest pre-seed and seed rounds in Italy, and we're moving quickly. As a Revenue & CRM Operations Intern, you'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support the systems and insights that power our growth, getting a firsthand view of how a fast-scaling SaaS company runs its revenue engine.

You won't just observe, you'll help improve the way we operate.

Contract

Internship, €1000/month gross salary

What You'll Do

1. Revenue Analytics & Reporting

Support the team in building visibility into our revenue funnel.

You will:
- Help maintain dashboards tracking pipeline, conversion rates, and customer growth




- Assist in analyzing sales performance and funnel metrics
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports

2. Sales & GTM Operations

Support the daily operations that keep our go-to-market teams moving fast.

You will:

Help maintain CRM data (HubSpot) and improve pipeline hygiene
Support lead routing and lifecycle tracking
Assist in documenting and improving sales processes
Help reduce manual work through automation and tooling improvements
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead management
3. Strategic Projects

You’ll support high-impact projects across the revenue organization, guided by senior team members. Examples may include:
- Outbound lead generation and watch-tower models
- Lead quality and marketing attribution analysis
- CRM process improvements
