01 How you’ll make a difference
- Design and implement digital adoption strategies to help clients effectively embrace enterprise digital platforms.
- Configure and manage Digital Adoption Platforms (with a strong focus on WalkMe) to enhance user experience and accelerate time‑to‑value.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify adoption gaps and define targeted improvement initiatives.

- Create in‑app guidance (walkthroughs, tooltips, onboarding flows) to support users through key processes.
- Contribute to consulting projects in complex environments, supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives.
- Help evolve Arsenalia’s internal capabilities in digital experience and adoption.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (UX, Technology, Change Management) in dynamic and international contexts. #LI-hybrid

02 What we’re looking for
- Hands‑on experience with Digital Adoption Platforms, with preferred interest in WalkMe or MyMeta (configuration, deployment, and management).
- Solid understanding of digital enablement, user onboarding, and change management practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise digital processes and user adoption dynamics.
- Experience working in consulting environments or with enterprise clients.
