- Preventive maintenance management and monitoring of microservice environments
- Incident & Problem Management, root cause analysis and escalation
- Deployment management, rollback, and updates
- Drafting technical documentation, reporting, and KPI analysis
What we expect from you
- Degree in computer science or related fields
- Experience in microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, cloud, and virtualization
- Expertise in monitoring/logging (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana),
scripting (Bash/Python), Linux/Unix systems
- Incident/problem management, root cause analysis, deployment, and version control (Git)
- Relational/non‑relational databases, ITIL processes
- Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, front‑end technologies, UX/UI
- Engineering standards for space missions
- Advanced system administration, shell scripting, HW/SW maintenance, PostgreSQL/Oracle, cloud, ILS
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the base annual gross salary (RAL) will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
