Position Overview
Join our Global Services & Success organization as a Service Operations Specialist, where you'll drive operational excellence in back‑office support and financial data management across Italy. In this role, you'll work independently on routine operational matters while collaborating with global teams, bringing precision and attention to detail to every task. You'll contribute to service delivery excellence through meticulous data control, reporting, and financial analysis—making a tangible impact on our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Manage back‑office operations including financial data controlling, reporting,
and data entry with advanced Excel functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with global policies
- Support service delivery workflows by maintaining precise records and contributing to operational reporting that informs business decisions
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and supporting strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operational processes and timely delivery of support services
- Identify operational challenges and contribute solutions through careful analysis and attention to detail

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent professional qualification
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis
