YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct risk assessments and develop and mantain and keep up to datethe "Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi" (DVR)
- Ensure compliance with D.Lgs. 81/2008, take care of safety documentation and coordinate the company’s protection and prevention service
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs
- Develop emergency plans and coordinate drills and lead investigations in case of accidents and incidents
- Collaborate with the Employer, Occupational Physician, and Workers' Safety Representative
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety
- Conduct audits, inspections, and safety performance analysis
- Coordination of the group’s health and safety specialists

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High school diploma, a degree preferably in a technical field, or specialized training in Engineering, Safety Management or Environmental Science
- Qualified RSPP (Modules A, B, C)




- Previous years of experience as an RSPP, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Certified trainer (in accordance with D.I. 06.03.2013)
- Familiarity with integrated management systems, particularly ISO 45001
- Comprehensive understanding of D.Lgs. 81/2008 and applicable safety regulations
- Knowledge of safety auditing and inspection methods
- Excellent knowledge of Italian, German and English
