Responsibilities
- Design and deploy new, scalable frameworks for category management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across international markets.
- Constantly challenge the status quo by leveraging AI, automation, and advanced tooling to optimize commercial workflows and scale solutions globally.
- Act as the primary analytical partner for the Italian market, adapting global strategies to drive local growth and performance.
- Partner with marketing, product, tech, and local commercial teams to align program strategies and translate complex data into actionable business plans.
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards that synthesize multi-source data into digestible insights for leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Excel.
- Python.
- AI fluency for data automation and optimisation.




- 1–2 years of experience in project/program management, data analytics, or commercial strategy within e-commerce, retail, or the food‑delivery sector.
- Proven track record of owning a program end‑to‑end.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead data‑driven discussions and influence stakeholders globally.
- Fluent English and professional proficiency in Italian are required given the market focus.
