As Finance Business Partner for Italy and Iberia, you will work alongside Country General Managers and Leadership Teams to support strategic decision‑making across two well‑established affiliates. Your role will be to ensure today’s performance remains strong while helping the organization prepare for future portfolio evolution, changing market dynamics and the opportunities that lie ahead. Through robust financial planning, insightful analysis and close partnership with the business, you will help create the conditions for sustainable long‑term success.
Your responsibilities
Partner the Business
Act as the strategic Finance Business Partner to the General Managers and Leadership Teams across Italy and Iberia.
Build trusted relationships that enable constructive challenge, informed debate and better business decisions.
Provide financial perspectives that help leaders balance ambition with disciplined execution.
