Spotify in Milan is seeking a motivated Customer Success professional to support the Advertising Sales cycle from RFP through campaign optimization and upsell. You will build strong relationships with advertiser and agency partners, lead RFP responses, media planning, and post‑campaign analysis, using data‑led storytelling to protect and grow revenue.

In this role you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, deliver insights, and advise on product optimizations.
