This role includes designing technical training programs and providing pre-sales and post-sales support to luxury clients, architects, and consultants. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-end audio or AV systems and be fluent in English, with additional language skills in Italian, German, or French preferred.

The specialist act as a trusted advisor, ensuring technical credibility throughout the project lifecycle and supporting system optimization and upgrades.
