We are looking for a talented Lead Senior Project Manager - Sales specializing in Project Management/Execution for our Projects Power Gen Business sector in Italy. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Lead multiple complex sales‐driven projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to defined business outcomes and customer commitments.
- Partner with sales, engineering, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to scope projects, define objectives, and agree on measurable performance goals.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets to drive on‐time, on‐scope, and on‐budget delivery.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues using structured tools to minimize impact and maximize positive outcomes.
- Apply financial acumen to interpret key financial indicators, support sound decision‐making,



and protect project and business performance.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to sponsors and stakeholders, adapting messaging to suit diverse audiences including customers and sales teams.
- Leverage cross‐functional and external resources effectively, sharing best practices and lessons learned to improve delivery across programs.
- Coach and support project team members and other Project Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
