You will develop and empower shopfloor teams, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics to create a seamless production environment that meets customer commitments and factory priorities.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead and coordinate all pre-assembly operations, ensuring alignment with production plans and factory priorities.
- Manage, coach, and develop shopfloor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Monitor daily progress, resolve bottlenecks, and allocate resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and promote a strong safety culture, contributing to a zero-harm environment.

What You Bring
- A technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably in production or operational leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading blue-collar teams in a structured manufacturing environment, particularly in electromechanical or transformer manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes, production workflows, and quality requirements, along with a Lean Manufacturing mindset.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with additional languages considered a plus.
