Our Center of Excellence "Implementation" is looking for a Construction Manager.
YOU ACT
- Initiates, coordinates, and controls all construction activities within the project to ensure in‐time, in budget, and in‐quality project execution for his function
- Communicates cross function and provides all relevant information to the project core team, especially to the Project Manager and Project Supply Chain Manager, the Engineering Manager, and the Project Scheduler
- Specialist contact with responsibility for processing the construction work package during order execution for the site team
- Central project‐related point of contact for the construction phase
- Contact person for optimizing and coordinating all matters relating to construction work package in consultation with the General Commissioning Manager
- Monitors compliance of contractors with the HSE plan, and escalates to the Project Manager in the event of significant non‐conformity; sets out the arrangements for HSE and ensures that all requisite measures are implemented for site operation
- Is responsible for the full and proper preparation of the construction work package
