Silversea in Napoli seeks a Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery operations aboard our luxury ships, delivering high-quality, showpiece pastries while upholding Public Health standards and company policies.
You will manage daily production for breakfast through dinner, supervise the pastry team, accommodate special orders and dietary requirements, assist with menu planning, maintain recipe manuals, and monitor inventory to minimize waste and ensure guest satisfaction.
