Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor company IT infrastructures, including servers, network (switches), and backup systems
- Ensure security and integrity of Microsoft systems
- Manage VMware environment for server virtualization
- Maintain corporate backup systems via Veeam
- Provide 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support
- Implement infrastructure solutions for complex issues
- Monitor infrastructure performance and manage critical issues
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets
- Support AS400 system maintenance
- Lead ERP implementation and migration projects

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies
- Microsoft security expertise
- Server management experience
- Knowledge of network devices (switches)
- Backup management via Veeam
- Familiarity xivgfpx with VMware environments
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support
- Good knowledge of the AS400 system for managing ERP
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Computer Engineering (preferred)
- Good knowledge of English
