In this role you manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities for a major client group (Partner 1TIER and System Integrator), aligning cross-functional efforts to drive revenue and ROI. You'll guide partners on complex projects using brand solutions, manage investments, and ensure sales targets are met through robust account planning. You operate mainly in Central Italy, collaborating with multiple teams to optimize performance and drive growth. This is a permanent position with a clear salary band and performance-based incentives.
- Permanent contract
- Salary 55.000–60.000 EUR gross per year
- Variable incentive up to 18.000 EUR
- Additional benefits per CCNL and company policies
- Develop and strengthen the business relationship with the assigned account




- Guide Partner/SI in building complex projects using the brand's solutions
- Plan and allocate investments to maximize ROI
- Achieve the sell-on budget and manage the account to meet targets
- Monitor account xivgfpx data (sell-out, stock, internal share, shelve share) and optimize performance
- Create and implement a full annual account plan for sales and marketing activities
