You will play a key role in growing Hologic's presence in the Italian radiology and capital equipment market, building strong relationships with agents, customers and internal stakeholders, while shaping the strategic direction of the division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced,
driven sales professional to take ownership of a high-value national territory and help continue the growth of Hologic's Breast & Skeletal capital business in Italy.
What to Expect
- Manage and develop a national network of sales agents covering the whole of Italy, driving performance against national sales targets for the capital equipment portfolio.
- Build and execute a national strategic sales plan, breaking down targets into clear, actionable district-level strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers across customer organisations, hospitals and healthcare networks.
- Analyse market data, competitive positioning and sales performance to identify opportunities and risks within the territory.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development and customer support teams across the pan-European organisation.
