As a Senior Contract Analyst at ICON, you will oversee contract management to ensure compliance and support the advancement of innovative treatments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical projects while guiding project teams on compliance issues. You will maintain organized contract records and help establish efficient management processes. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research projects, ensuring regulatory alignment
- Analyze contract terms, conditions, and obligations to identify risks and improvement areas
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation, compliance issues,



and rights and obligations
- Maintain accurate contract records, tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Assist in developing and implementing contract management processes and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or related discipline
- Previous contract administration, negotiation, or related experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/clinical xivgfpx research
- Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex contracts and identify issues/opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
