The Robotics & Automation Project Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end execution of automation projects, combining strong hands-on robotics engineering expertise with structured project delivery.

Your Responsibilities
- Define robotic concepts and automation cell architecture based on product and process requirements
- Perform robotic cell simulation and feasibility analysis (cycle time, reachability, layout optimization)
- Program, configure, and optimize industrial and Collaborative robots (ABB, KUKA, UR, etc.)
- Perform robot installation, setup, and on-site commissioning
- Troubleshoot and debug robotic applications and automation cells
- Work with PLC-controlled systems and support their integration within automation cells

- Drive automation projects from concept definition to production handover
- Evaluate and select equipment suppliers, including technical reviews and benchmarking
- Coordinate project phases with suppliers (RFQ, Design Reviews, Factory Acceptance Test , Site Acceptance Test, Ramp-up, etc.)
- Actively manage project risks and technical issues
- Identify improvements in supplier solutions and internal standards
- Support optimization of automation systems during ramp-up

Your Qualifications & Skills
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field
- At Least 3 years of experience in Robotics and industrial automation engineering preferably in high-tech industries
- Experience Working with machine builders / system integrators including supplier coordination and system integration
