In this role,
the person would be expected to quickly gain an understanding of the bank's CIB businesses in conjunction with the rules and regulations under which the bank operates and make executive decisions on behalf of the group, applying a risk-based approach.More in detail, the FCC Officer core accountabilities are to:* always identify the applicable regulatory and Group requirements, assess their impacts on the existing company processes and procedures, identifying potential gaps, supporting and advising the local and HQ Management and the other functions on those matters;* advice the business functions and provide sound and reasonable opinion on FCC risks especially in relation to client onboarding and transactions;* review and validate internal applicable Policies and Procedures and make them enforceable;* assess the adequacy and the effectiveness of the organizational measures adopted to mitigate the FCC risk, suggesting measures to enhance the capacity of the compliance management system to mitigate the FCC risk
