Our key sectors Role DescriptionAs an Business Developer for our Milan agency, you will act as a true intrapreneur responsible for developing and managing your business unit within the engineering consulting environment.
Business Development
- Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry sector
- Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings
- Understand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Promote Abylsen's three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package)
Recruitment & Team Management
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top consulting engineers
- Conduct interviews and select high-potential consultants
