Working closely with compliance, risk, and cross‐functional teams, you will help ensure regulatory processes are well documented, reporting is accurate, and internal policies remain aligned across multiple jurisdictions. You will contribute to executive reporting, coordinate key compliance initiatives, and maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders across global teams. This role is ideal for a detail‐oriented professional who enjoys organizing complex information, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Accountabilities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management materials for a variety of stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear communication.
- Analyze compliance data, monitor key metrics, and produce recurring reports for leadership, board members, and regional compliance teams.
- Track ongoing initiatives, remediation actions, and project milestones while maintaining regular reporting cadences.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of reporting inputs and compliance‐related documentation.
- Support the review, maintenance, and governance of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist in ensuring policy documentation aligns with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and organizational template
