Hardware Engineer – Belluno, Italy

This role is part of the electronic engineering team and reports to the Manager Hardware Engineer. In collaboration with the Product Managers, Software and Operations teams, the engineer supports requirements definitions, product development and validation.

Salary: 27-38K/year

Key Responsibilities
- Hardware testing and product validation according to internal procedures and international standards on prototypes
- Evaluation of alternative components
- Perform failure analysis on unit return from the field and recommend corrective actions

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma and/or degree in electronics
- 1 to 4 years' experience in electronics
- Experience in similar roles (supply chain, laboratory hardware testing, Operations)
- Continuously keeping updated on new technologies and process
- Italian language - native
- English language - basic proficiency

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Basic CAD skills are an advantage
