Gruppo AB - Energy Sustainability is seeking a qualified lawyer to join the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department in Milan. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including EPC, turnkey, engineering and consultancy, and O&M;, while coordinating inputs from multiple functions.
You will provide legal opinions on regulatory interpretation and handle pre-litigation and litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on managing complex, cross-functional projects
