We are looking for a Lead Design Systems (m/f/d) to join our Design & Customer Experience team and drive the evolution of a shared design foundation that enables quality,



consistency and scale across Telekom’s products and services.

What You'll Do
- Define and evolve the vision and strategy for Telekom’s design system together with Design, Engineering and Product leadership.
- Drive design system initiatives across cross‑functional teams while providing expert design leadership.
- Own and evolve components, tokens, patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and accessibility.
