We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to strengthen the Finance team of our hotel. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, t his role will be responsible for the full management of the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and timely execution of administrative activities. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Essential Functions
- Full management of the accounts payable cycle, including supplier invoice posting, reconciliations, and controls.
- Verification of the correct application of contracts, pricing, and agreed terms with suppliers.




- Management of internal approval workflows in line with hotel procedures and policies.
- Preparation of payments and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Monitoring deadlines and managing open items.
- Supporting monthly and annual closing activities.
- Document archiving and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
- Collaboration with the Financial Controller on periodic analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Italian and English (both mandatory).
- Solid administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
