Bolton is seeking a Production Development Specialist for its Nova Milanese, Italy plant to drive capital investment projects and lead process development within Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 1–3 years in project management or industrialization in FMCG or manufacturing.
